I have a habit of buying web addresses with grand ambitions behind them. “This will help me become a good blogger.” “This will be where I write my stories in public.”
This time is different. I just wanted my own space. A little place on the internet for me. While I do have projects in mind, they are not for the purpose of making people notice me. They are simply things I am genuinely interested in. I hope I remember to write about them, but it’s quite possible I won’t.
The name came from a love of checking random TLD’s and a love of mushrooms. The two happened to meet on this particular day and I became the proud owner (leaser?) of shroo.my.
So to all friends old, and new, welcome! I look forward to this journey, wherever it may lead.
